Here at Gordano, students are taught about the importance of English Literature and Language from the very start of their secondary education. The main focus of the learning is for students to enjoy English, through reading different texts, genres and authors and to explore the breadth of styles associated with the subject. Throughout the entirety of their Gordano experience, students are encouraged to create their own works, as well as analytical arguments on canonical writers, such as William Shakespeare, Tennessee Williams and Margaret Atwood.
