We were very fortunate to host Professor Haelstrop, an expert in his field who doubtless lit the spark of curiosity for young theologians and scientists alike and answered a few nagging questions students had. He was keen to share his thoughts on the harmony of two disciplines which have commonly been seen as distinct or even contradictory: science and faith, shedding light on the ability of these to work together to answer questions humanity faces. These talks demonstrate the curiosity of Gordano students to engage with profound ideas and the ability of the school and its great staff to enable them to do so.
