From start to finish, the girls showcased incredible skill, teamwork, and determination. Team A, led by Livvy, Martha, and Laraya, and Team B, led by Bella, Tessa, and Ruby, were organised and focused throughout every match. 

Defensively, both teams were rock solid, conceding just 11 goals combined across the entire tournament. Isla, Aurora, and Sophia were exceptional for Team A, making crucial interceptions, while Annabel, Lucy, and Gazella dominated for Team B, collecting rebounds and shutting down the opposition. 

Our shooters were unstoppable: 

• Gracie and Jemima scored an impressive 42 goals for Team A. 

• Eliana and Megan smashed 61 goals for Team B. 

That’s a combined total of 103 goals in just 50 minutes of play, competing against eight other schools! 

The girls were an absolute credit to Gordano School, demonstrating not only talent but also sportsmanship and teamwork. A huge well done to everyone involved – we are so proud of you!
